Try it for seven days before paying anything. If you pay and then change your mind, you have fourteen days to say so and we refund you in full. We do not argue about it.
Every download includes a seven-day trial of the complete product, counted from the first time you run it. No card, no account. This exists so that nobody has to buy anything to find out whether it works on their machine and their codebase — and so that a refund is rarely the thing anyone needs.
If you buy a licence and decide within 14 days of purchase that you do not want it, email support@getgrm.tech from the address you bought with and we will refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason.
On refund, the licence key is revoked and you should delete the Software. Your memory file stays yours — it is a file on your own disk and we neither hold it nor take it back.
Beyond 14 days a licence is generally non-refundable, because the trial gives you a full week to evaluate it first. Two exceptions, and we apply them willingly:
One email to support@getgrm.tech. Include the address you paid with, and the date, so we can find the transaction. There is no form and no ticket system.
We approve or reply within 3 working days. Once approved, the refund is issued through the same method you paid with. Money typically appears in 5 to 10 working days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer — that part is their timing, not ours, and we cannot speed it up.
There is nothing to cancel. Licences do not auto-renew, there is no subscription, and no card is stored. A licence simply lapses at the end of its year unless you choose to buy another. If you would rather not be reminded when that approaches, say so and we will not write.
The same 14-day window applies to the licence as a whole. Reducing seat count mid-term is handled case by case — email us and we will be reasonable about it.
