One address, read by a person, usually the same day. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in front of it.
Licences, buying, billing, refunds, bug reports, a machine that needs re-issuing, or a question before you buy — all the same address. Say which it is in the subject line and it gets to the right place.
Email us and say how many machines, and whether you want Hivecode rooms hosted. We reply with a payment link and, once paid, the key — and if a machine identifier is needed for binding, we send you the exact command to run at that point. There is no account to create and no form to fill in.
Email the identifier from the new machine and we re-issue the same licence for it at no charge. See the terms, clause 6.
If you believe you have found a security problem in GRM or Hivecode, write to the same address with SECURITY in the subject and we will treat it as urgent. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
